Kernel memory access via unchecked stream encoder index

Out-of-bounds access in the Linux kernel AMD display driver allows local users to access kernel memory via an invalid engine ID. The stream_encoder_create() implementations use eng_id directly to index five-entry stream_enc_regs arrays, so value 5 or a negative value accesses memory past the array boundary. Reachability requires low-privileged local access and an affected AMD display path; the resulting kernel-memory access can disclose data, alter state, or crash the system.
