Kernel crash via missing parent clock mapping

Denial of service in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to crash the system during Qualcomm GFX3D clock-rate changes. The clk_gfx3d_determine_rate path passes a parent request map without the expected best_parent_hw clock, causing divider rate determination to crash. Reachability requires the Qualcomm GFX3D clock driver and a local rate-change path such as GPU devfreq; the bounded impact is a kernel crash and service interruption.
