Local kernel crash via HPD NULL dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Linux Kernel 4.15 through 6.19.3 allows local users to crash the kernel during AMD display HPD initialization. The amdgpu_dm_hpd_init function reads dc_link for polling, then unconditionally dereferences dc_link->irq_source_hpd while registering HPD interrupts even when that connector has no valid link object. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and an AMD display connector lacking a valid dc_link during HPD setup.
