Kernel memory disclosure via bounds-check overflow

Integer overflow in the AMDGPU VCN3 decoder in Linux Kernel allows local users to read kernel memory or crash the kernel. The vcn_v3_0_dec_msg function adds 32-bit offset and size fields before checking the sum against the buffer-object boundary, allowing wraparound to bypass the check. Access to an AMDGPU render node is required; the Linux CNA later rejected this identifier without publishing a specific rejection reason.
