Local system crash via unchecked ioremap failure

Null pointer dereference in the Linux kernel saa7164 driver allows local users to crash the system during failed PCI BAR mapping. The saa7164_dev_setup() path uses BAR0 or BAR2 mappings without checking whether ioremap returned NULL, then dereferences the failed mapping instead of unwinding device state. Reachability requires the saa7164 PCI media driver and a memory-mapping failure during device setup; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash and service interruption.
