Local system crash via unconnected rkcif pad

NULL pointer dereference in the rkcif driver in Linux Kernel 6.19 allows local users to crash the system by starting a video stream. The rkcif media pads omit the MUST_CONNECT flag, so stream enablement accepts an unconnected pad and dereferences a null interface. Access to the Rockchip rkcif video device and permission to issue the stream-on ioctl are required; the reported consequence is a kernel crash.
