Listener denial of service via accept-queue leak

Denial of service in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to make virtio-vsock listeners reject new connections. In virtio_transport_recv_listen(), sk_acceptq_added() increments sk_ack_backlog before vsock_assign_transport() validates the transport, while failure paths omit the matching decrement. Low-privileged local access and repeated transport-assignment failures are required; after about backlog plus one failures, the listener refuses all new connections.
