Kernel-memory disclosure and crash via unchecked IB indexing

Out-of-bounds reads in the AMDGPU VCN4 IB parser allow local users to disclose kernel memory or crash Linux Kernel systems. The parser directly indexes attacker-controlled IB contents for decode-buffer fields and loop words without confirming that idx+6 through idx+8 remain within the buffer object. Access to a DRM render node and DRM_IOCTL_AMDGPU_CS is required; the flaw performs no out-of-bounds write, but crossing an unmapped page produces a kernel oops.
