Kernel memory disclosure or crash during driver unbind

An out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel 6.7 through 7.1-rc1 allows local users to disclose kernel memory or crash the host during driver unbind. The cadence-quadspi removal path disables the controller without first runtime-resuming it, causing register access while the controller clock is off. Reachability requires local access and a system with a Cadence QuadSPI controller undergoing driver unbind; the bounded consequences are kernel-memory disclosure or a host crash.
