Local flash-read denial via spurious QSPI transmission

Denial of service in the Microchip CoreQSPI driver in the Linux kernel allows local users to stall flash reads via dual or quad operations. The driver initiates a garbage-data transmission during emulated read-only operations even though the controller generates the required clock cycles, leaving the QSPI transfer unable to complete. Reachability requires local access to a system using the affected driver and a device exercising an emulated dual or quad read; the bounded consequence is interruption of that flash transfer.
