Kernel crash via zero-channel USB audio descriptor

Divide by zero in the Linux Kernel UA-101 USB audio driver allows physically proximate attackers to crash the kernel with a malformed device. The detect_usb_format() path accepts a class-specific bNrChannels value of zero, calculates frame_bytes as zero, and leaves the URB completion handlers to use that value as a divisor. The attack requires a crafted USB audio device to reach the affected driver; the reported consequence is a kernel crash, not data disclosure or modification.
