Local kernel panic via unsafe timestamp locking

Denial of service in Linux Kernel allows local users to panic an affected system through MPTCP timestamp socket options. The MPTCP timestamp-option path holds lock_sock_fast() in atomic context while calling sock_set_timestamp() or sock_set_timestamping(), which can sleep. A low-privilege local user able to set timestamp options on an MPTCP socket can cause an atomic-scheduling panic that interrupts the entire host.
