Resource exhaustion via leaked retransmission socket references

Resource leak in the Linux Kernel MPTCP path manager allows local users to exhaust kernel memory through repeated ADD_ADDR retransmissions. The mptcp_pm_add_timer callback holds the socket with sk_reset_timer, but unlikely early returns omit sock_put and leave its reference elevated. Reachability requires an ADD_ADDR retransmission after a peer omits acknowledgment; repeated affected exits retain references and consume kernel memory.
