Local fanotify policy bypass via unrelated detached mark

Improper permission handling in affected Linux Kernel releases beginning with 4.12 allows local users to bypass fanotify access controls. A race with a detached mark from another notification group makes fsnotify_get_mark_safe() return false, so the caller skips the permission event. Exploitation requires a local low-privilege account and a privileged fanotify policy in use, allowing reads, writes, or execution that policy would deny.
