Service interrupt via leaked vport RX steering
Published May 28, 2026 · Updated May 28, 2026
Resource leak in the Linux Kernel RDMA/mana driver allows local users to interrupt service through failed RSS queue-pair creation. In mana_ib_create_qp_rss(), a copy-to-user failure after mana_ib_cfg_vport_steering() jumps to generic cleanup without disabling vport receive steering. The attack requires low-privilege local access to the MANA RDMA device; repeated failures retain steering state and interrupt service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
