Kernel stack disclosure via uninitialized VF broadcast buffer

Information disclosure in affected Linux Kernel releases starting with 5.3 allows local users to read kernel stack data through rtnetlink. rtnl_fill_vfinfo partially copies a device address into an uninitialized 32-byte ifla_vf_broadcast buffer, then returns the entire buffer to userspace. An unprivileged local process needs an exposed virtual function and can repeat requests to disclose up to 26 stack bytes per VF, including addresses or transient sensitive data.
