Host service interrupt via invalid nested translation

Denial of service in Linux Kernel KVM allows local users to interrupt host service via a slow Hyper-V TLB flush hypercall. The kvm_hv_flush_tlb() path checks only guest mode, then calls translate_nested_gpa() even when the L2 guest lacks nested EPT/NPT, for which that translation routine is invalid. The path is reachable only from an L2 guest running without nested EPT/NPT; the published impact is limited to host availability.
