Local memory corruption via unlocked QP removal

Memory corruption in the Linux Kernel RDMA/hns driver allows local users to corrupt kernel memory during QP creation error handling. The error unwind in hns_roce_create_qp_common calls hns_roce_qp_remove without the QP-list spinlock and completion-queue locks required while removing the partially created QP. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access, an active HNS RoCE device, and a QP-creation failure; the bounded consequence is corruption of kernel memory.
