Authenticated command execution via Hostname injection

OS command injection in TOTOLINK X6000R firmware allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands via a crafted Hostname. The setLanCfg function in /usr/sbin/shttpd passes attacker-controlled Hostname content into an operating-system command without neutralizing command syntax. Administrative access to the network management service is required; successful injection on either affected firmware build runs commands on the router.
