Kernel oops via oversized NVMe request

Denial of service in the Linux kernel mpt3sas driver allows local users to trigger a kernel oops through an oversized NVMe I/O request. The driver uses the HBA-reported MDTS to set max_hw_sectors even though its fixed 4 KiB PRP-list buffer holds only 512 entries and supports 2 MiB. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and an mpt3sas-managed NVMe device; the result is a kernel oops whose service effect depends on panic-on-oops policy.
