Denial of service via misaddressed SELinux blob

Denial of service in Linux Kernel 6.13 through 6.18.29, 6.19 through 7.0.6, and 7.1-rc1 allows local users to disrupt SELinux checks. The sock_has_perm() and nlmsg_sock_has_extended_perms() helpers read sk_security as though the SELinux blob begins at offset zero, then pass another LSM's data as SID and class values to AVC checks. Another LSM must allocate socket-blob storage before SELinux, and the resulting invalid authorization inputs can deny socket operations.
