Restricted-group joining via unchecked invitation handler

Missing authorization in Metagauss ProfileGrid 5.9.8.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to join restricted groups. The pm_invite_user handler performs requested membership additions without checking whether the caller can invite the selected account to the chosen group. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to add any registered account to closed or paid groups, bypassing approval and payment gates.
