Service interruption via incomplete probe-failure cleanup

Resource cleanup errors in the Linux Kernel SPI CH341 driver allow local users to interrupt service by triggering probe failures. Failure paths in the driver's probe routine return without deregistering the SPI controller, disabling pins, or killing and freeing the RX URB. Reaching the flaw requires local low-privileged access and a CH341 device probe failure; repeated failures can exhaust kernel memory or leave resources exposed to use-after-free.
