Local service hang via premature stripe removal

Improper locking in Linux Kernel md/raid5 allows local users to hang RAID5 processing by submitting overlapping reads to an active array. The retry_aligned_read() path releases an overlapped stripe, then removes it from handle_list before handle_stripe() can resolve the overlap. Low-privileged local access and an active RAID5 array are required; raid5d loops indefinitely, causing a CPU soft lockup and service interruption.
