Service interrupt via orphaned SSIF kernel thread

Resource cleanup failure in the Linux Kernel IPMI SSIF driver allows local users to interrupt service when device initialization fails. The ssif_probe error path leaves its kssif kernel thread running when failure occurs after thread creation but before ipmi_register_smi starts the interface. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and that narrow probe-failure window; no remote, confidentiality, or integrity impact is reported.
