Local kernel crash via uninitialized CDX IRQ array

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux Kernel VFIO/CDX driver allows local users to crash the host through an out-of-order interrupt ioctl. vfio_cdx_set_msi_trigger() iterates the unallocated cdx_irqs array for DATA_BOOL or DATA_NONE requests when MSI has not first been initialized through EVENTFD. Access to a VFIO CDX device is required, and successful triggering causes an availability-only kernel crash.
