Local denial of service via gendisk leak

Resource leakage in the Linux Kernel SCSI disk driver allows local users to cause availability loss through failed disk registration. When device_add() fails, put_device() frees the scsi_disk while the error path omits put_disk(), leaving its gendisk referenced.
