GPU service interruption via unreleased buffer-list mutex

Resource cleanup failure in Linux Kernel 6.19 through 6.19.3 allows local users to interrupt AMD GPU command submission under low memory. When amdgpu_hmm_range_alloc returns NULL in amdgpu_cs_parser_bos, the error path returns -ENOMEM without releasing bo_list_mutex. A local low-privileged user must reach AMDGPU command submission while the allocation fails; the retained mutex can block later GPU work without affecting confidentiality or integrity.
