Kernel data disclosure via uninitialized netlink padding

Information disclosure in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to read uninitialized bytes through MCTP rtnetlink responses. The mctp_fill_addrinfo, mctp_fill_neigh, and mctp_fill_rtinfo paths assign selected fields without first zeroing their response headers, so structure padding retains stale bytes. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and an available MCTP rtnetlink path; the reported consequence is limited to disclosure through response padding.
