Local kernel-memory exhaustion via Wave5 allocation leak

Memory leak in the Wave5 VPU driver in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to exhaust kernel memory through codec opens. The wave5_vpu_open_enc() and wave5_vpu_open_dec() error paths return after codec_info allocation failure without freeing the earlier vpu_instance allocation. A local low-privileged user must reach the Wave5 codec open path and induce repeated allocation failures; the bounded consequence is availability loss from kernel-memory depletion.
