Service interruption via IPVS device-reference leak

Race condition in Linux Kernel IPVS allows local users to interrupt service by leaking network-device references during device shutdown. The route lookup path can cache a valid destination after ip_vs_dst_event() has dropped the old cache entry, without checking whether the associated device is still running. Low-privilege local access and an IPVS destination using a closing network device are required; the reference remains allocated until that destination is removed.
