Account impersonation via forged OAuth identity binding

Cross-site request forgery in KodCloud KodBox 1.64 allows remote attackers to bind a forged OAuth identity to a victim account. The CSRF-exempt bind action accepts attacker-chosen openid and unionid values without server-side verification, while loginSubmit trusts the supplied third JSON to select the bound account. A victim's authenticated browser must submit the bind request; the attacker can then use the forged unionid to enter that account, including an administrator account.
