Out-of-bounds access via late region-count initialization

Out-of-bounds access in the Intel DG MTD driver in Linux Kernel 6.17 allows attackers to access an invalid array element during device probing. intel_dg_mtd_probe leaves nvm->nregions at zero while writing region entries, so index zero lies outside the array's declared bound. The affected Intel graphics non-volatile memory device must be probed; published material establishes neither attacker-controlled input nor a resulting crash.
