IOMMU disruption via torn PASID teardown

Race condition in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to disrupt Intel VT-d IOMMU operation during PASID teardown. The teardown path clears an active 64-byte PASID entry through multiple 64-bit writes before clearing its Present bit, so concurrent hardware fetches can observe a torn entry. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access, Intel VT-d Scalable Mode, and a high-complexity race; the documented consequence is unpredictable IOMMU behavior or spurious faults.
