Local service interruption via unreleased SPI IRQ

A resource leak in the Linux Kernel sca3000 IIO driver allows local users to interrupt service by consuming IRQ resources. In sca3000_probe(), request_threaded_irq() reserves spi->irq, but the iio_device_register() failure path returns without releasing that IRQ. The vulnerable path requires an SCA3000 probe to reach a failed IIO registration after the IRQ request; published material does not identify a reliable trigger for local users.
