Device-removal hang via leaked pgmap reference

Denial of service in Linux Kernel allows local users to hang PCI device removal through a failed P2P memory mapping. In p2pmem_alloc_mmap(), a vm_insert_page() failure leaves the pgmap reference acquired after gen_pool_alloc_owner() unreleased, so memunmap_pages() waits forever. Access to the root-owned p2pmem allocate interface requires root or root-group membership, and the consequence is confined to device removal.
