Service interruption via leaked physical-LUN report buffer

Memory leak in the Linux Kernel smartpqi driver allows local users to interrupt service through failed physical-LUN reports. The pqi_report_phys_luns() error branches return after an unsupported response format or failed 16-byte WWID-list allocation without freeing rpl_list. Reachability requires the smartpqi driver and the relevant controller or allocation failure; leaked kernel memory can ultimately halt service.
