System crash via act8945a IRQ teardown race

Use-after-free in the act8945a power supply driver in Linux Kernel allows local users to crash the system during driver teardown. The driver requests its managed IRQ before registering the managed power_supply handle, so reverse-order cleanup frees the handle while the IRQ handler can still pass it to power_supply_changed(). Reachability requires an ACT8945A-backed system and an interrupt during driver removal or probe; the bounded outcomes are a crash or silent kernel-memory corruption.
