Kernel panic via unsupported algorithm unregistration

Denial of service in Linux Kernel 6.15 through 6.18.13 and 6.19 through 6.19.3 allows local users to panic affected systems. The eip93_crypto_remove path passes every algorithm entry to crypto_unregister_* even when the EIP93 options register prevented that algorithm from being registered. The panic occurs only during EIP93 driver removal on hardware missing at least one algorithm; public sources do not identify the exact low-privilege trigger.
