Local system crash via stale queue pointer

Double free in the Linux kernel RDMA/rxe driver allows local users to crash the system while creating a shared receive queue. rxe_srq_from_init stores a queue pointer before copy_to_user; on copy failure it frees the queue but leaves the stale pointer for cleanup to free again. Low-privileged local access and an available RDMA/rxe device are required; successful triggering causes a kernel crash.
