Kernel panic via incomplete EFI table reservation

Denial of service in affected Linux Kernel releases causes a kernel panic during startup of certain Intel TDX VMs. The reserve_unaccepted() function aligns only the table size, so an unaligned efi.unaccepted address can leave the table's final page outside the memblock reservation. The condition requires EFI firmware to place the table at a non-page-aligned address; Ubuntu reports that userspace cannot invoke or influence it.
