Kernel crash via unchecked down-device socket

NULL pointer dereference in bareudp in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to crash the kernel through Open vSwitch actions. bareudp_fill_metadata_dst passes a NULL bareudp->sock to udp_tunnel6_dst_lookup in the IPv6 path when Open vSwitch requests metadata for a down device. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and a configured bareudp interface; the resulting kernel fault interrupts the host.
