Kernel memory disclosure via unchecked compressed-header decoding

Out-of-bounds reads in the Linux Kernel SLIP decompressor allow remote attackers to disclose kernel memory via VJ-compressed frames. In slhc_uncompress(), decode() and pull16() advance past the compressed packet length, while decode() masks away the -1 exhaustion result tested by callers. A remote PPP or SLIP peer must send a short frame requesting optional fields; over-read bytes can expose adjacent kernel memory and corrupt cached headers, without a reported crash or write primitive.
