BLE host crash via truncated ATT response

Reachable assertion in Apache NimBLE 1.9.0 and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to crash a BLE host via a crafted ATT response. In ble_gattc_read_mult_cb_var(), the ATT parser assumes the response contains one length-prefixed value per requested handle and asserts when parsing ends early. The target must first issue an ATT Read Multiple Variable Request to the peer; a response with too few values terminates assertion-enabled builds, interrupting the service.
