Buffer overflow via oversized socket HCI event

Buffer overflow in Apache NimBLE 1.9.0 and earlier allows attackers controlling the socket HCI peer to corrupt event-pool memory. The ble_hci_sock_rx_msg() function allocated a configured-size event buffer and copied len - 1 bytes into it without first rejecting an oversized H4 event. Reachability requires a misconfigured event pool or a malicious or compromised controller across the socket HCI link; over-the-air Bluetooth traffic does not reach this path.
