Service crash via negative protobuf group length

Denial of service in Wire before 6.3.0 and 7.0.0-alpha01 through 7.0.0-alpha02 allows remote attackers to crash decoding services. ByteArrayProtoReader32.skipGroup() and ProtoReader.skipGroup() accept a negative LENGTH_DELIMITED length and move the reader position backward before an unchecked array access. A service is exposed only when it decodes untrusted protobuf data and does not catch the resulting unchecked runtime exception.
