Engine crash via stale decompression buffer slice

Use-after-free in Suricata 8.0.0 through 8.0.4 allows attackers to crash the engine during network traffic processing. The decompress_transform function retains an input slice while SCInspectionBufferCheckAndExpand reallocates and frees its backing inspection buffer, then passes the stale slice to the decompressor. A malicious detection rule must chain gunzip or zlib_deflate with max-size above 4096 after another transform; subsequent traffic causes a service-interrupting crash.
