Network-inspection interruption via stale transform pointer

Use-after-free in Suricata before 7.0.16 and 8.0.0 through 8.0.4 allows remote attackers to interrupt network inspection via traffic. The inspection-buffer helper retains a pointer into freed storage when an earlier chained transform reallocates the backing buffer before dotprefix runs. Reachability requires a specific but non-malicious rule that chains dotprefix after another transform, so affected sensors expose availability rather than data access or modification.
