Authenticated command execution via resolvePath shell substitution
Published Jun 5, 2026 · Updated Jun 5, 2026
OS command injection in Termix before 2.3.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands on managed SSH hosts. The resolvePath handler places the path query value inside a double-quoted echo command after escaping only double quotes, leaving shell substitution syntax executable. Exploitation requires a valid Termix account and an active File Manager SSH session, and commands run with that session's SSH-user privileges on the connected host.
