Process crash via unchecked SVG parse result

NULL pointer dereference in ThorVG before 1.0.5 allows attackers to crash a consuming process through malformed SVG input. SvgLoader::run() accepts a null root returned by svgSceneBuild() after parsing fails and invokes root->ref() without validating the pointer. A consuming application must pass attacker-controlled SVG data to Picture::load(); the six-byte reproducer causes a segmentation fault without observed memory corruption.
